Wazeefa Tech Initiative

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has introduced an initiative aimed at preparing and hiring graduates for specialized roles in the information technology field. Under this program, trainees are required to pay for their training in installments over an extended period, without any additional fees. If the trainee secures employment, they will be responsible for covering the cost of training. However, if the trainee is unable to find employment, they will not be obligated to make any payments. The initiative is overseen by ITI, in collaboration with Nasser Social Bank.

This initiative offers specialized and prestigious technical positions for fresh graduates, both within Egypt and internationally. It focuses specifically on the information technology field, where training costs can be quite high. By participating in the initiative, trainees receive professional qualifications that enable them to fill high-demand positions that are often impacted by a shortage of skilled workers in the job market.

Trainees have the option to pay for their training in manageable installments over an extended period without any additional charges if they secure employment. The Ministry of Communications oversees the initiative, which has a duration of six months.

أطلقت وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات هذه المبادرة التي تهدف إلى تأهيل وتوظيف خريجي الجامعات الجدد في وظائف متخصصة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، على أن يقوم المتدرب بدفع قيمة التدريب على دفعات طويلة بدون أي رسوم إضافية في حالة الحصول على وظيفة، وفي حالة عدم الحصول على وظيفة، فإن المتدرب ليس ملزمًا بأي دفعات. وذلك تحت إشراف كل من  ITI بالتعاون مع البنك الاجتماعي ناصر. لمزيد من المعلومات حول المبادرة، يرجى زيارة موقع الوزارة عن طريق النقر على الرابط التالي.

تقدم هذه المبادرة وظائف تقنية متخصصة ومتميزة لخريجي الجامعات الجدد للعمل في الشركات داخل وخارج مصر. في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، حيث تكون تكاليف التدريب مرتفعة جدًا، يحصل المتدرب على مؤهل مهني يمكنه من العمل في وظائف تشهد طلبًا كبيرًا وتتأثر سلبيًا بنقص الموارد في سوق العمل.

يقوم المتدرب بدفع قيمة التدريب على دفعات طويلة بدون أي رسوم إضافية في حالة الحصول على وظيفة، وفي حالة عدم الحصول على وظيفة، فإن المتدرب ليس ملزمًا بأي دفعات. وذلك تحت إشراف وزارة الاتصالات. مدة المبادرة هي 6 أشهر، وتتضمن (3 أشهر من التدريب و3 أشهر كفترة توظيف تصل إلى الحد الأقصى

Admission conditions :

• The candidate has to be Egyptian who holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• A fresh graduate who has earned their degree within the last 5 years
• The candidate has to pass acceptance/admission tests.
• The candidate must be unemployed and fully dedicated upon acceptance into the initiative.

شروط الالتحاق

• أن يكون المتقدم مصري خريج إحدى الجامعات المصريه الحكوميه أو الخاصه أو الأجنب.
• أن يكون خريج بحد أقصى 5 سنوات سابقه.
• أن يجتاز إختبارات القبول للإلتحاق بالمبادره.
• أن يكون بدون عمل ومتفرغ تمامآ عند قبوله بالمبادره.
